Abstract
Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je opisati postupak projektiranja tehnologije gradnje broda uz analizu i objašnjenja potrebne ulazne dokumentacije i informacija, značajki tehnologije brodogradilišta te značajki broda. Posebno se analizira problematika transporta i okretanja sekcija i to sa naglaskom na vertikalni transport. Temeljem navedene analize predložiti će se unapređenje za koje će se formirati i projektni zahtjev i prijedlog projekta posebnog rješenja za unapređenje tehnologije transporta i okretanja sekcija u proizvodnom procesu brodogradilišta. Predmetne aktivnosti izvršene su u suradnji sa brodogradilištem „3.MAJ”. Projekti unapređenja proizvodnje, optimizacija te posljedično i manji utrošak radnih sati, aktivnosti su kojima se u svakom brodogradilištu posvećuje velika pažnja. Konkretno unapređenje tehnologije transporta i okretanja i montaže velikih sekcija broda uz ne tako značajna sredstva, a uz značajno smanjenje utrošenih radnih sati jedan je u nizu koraka koji mogu doprinijeti očuvanju i povećanju profitabilnosti brodogradnje u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The task of this thesis is to describe the process of designing shipbuilding technology with analysis and explanation of the necessary input documentation and information, features of shipyard technology and ship features. The problem of transportation of ship sections is especially analyzed, with an emphasis on vertical transport. Based on the above analysis, an improvement will be proposed for which a project request, for a special solution for the improvement of transport technology of sections in the production process of the shipyard, will be formed. The activities in question were carried out in cooperation with the shipyard "3.MAJ". Improvement projects of ship production, optimization and consequently lower operating hours are activities to which great attention is paid in every shipyard. The improvement of the technology of transport and turning and assembly of large sections of the ship with not so significant funds, and with a significant reduction of working hours is one in many steps that can contribute to preserving and increasing the profitability of shipbuilding in Croatia.
