Abstract
Glavni dio zadatka je konstrukcija trostupanjskog dvobrzinskog reduktora za primjenu u industriji. Takav je reduktor horizontalnog tipa izveden sa dva prijenosna omjera koja se ručno biraju pri zaustavljenom reduktoru. Dio zadatka također je odabir optimalnog sustava za podmazivanje i hlađenje. Stupnjevi reduktora izvedeni su sa kosim ozubljenjem zupčanika različitog kuta nagiba (12°,18°,15°). Odabrani su materijali Č4732 i Č5431 koji se koriste se za izradu vratila i zupčanika. Zbog velikih dimenzija određeno je da se gonjeni zupčanici posebno izrade te učvrste pomoću pera na vratila, dok je za pogonska vratila sa zupčanicima određeno da se izrađuju kovanjem u ukovnju. Vratila su također proračunata i izvršena je kontrola opterećenja koja djeluju na konstrukciju vratila. Pomoću SKF kalkulatora izračunati su ležajevi kako bi odgovarali po dinamičkom opterećenju kao i minimalnim vijekom trajnosti.
Abstract (english)
The main part of the task is the design of three stage, two-speed reduction gear for industrial application. Reductor of the horizontal type is performed with two gear ratios that are manually selected when the reduction gear is stopped. Another part of the task is also the selection of optimal lubrication and cooling system . Stages of reductor were made with the helical gears using different helix angle (12°,18°,15°). Materials Č4732 i Č5431 are used for making shafts and gears. Because of its large dimensions, the wheel gears are designed to be separately made and fastened with keys to the shaft, while the pinion gears will be made together forging with the shaft in one piece. Shafts are also calculated and the loads acting on the shaft structure were controlled. Bearings were calculated using the SKF calculator to match the dynamic load as well as minimum shelf life.
