Abstract
U ovome radu je bilo potrebno opisati izvore napona i principe mjerenja visokih napona. Definirani su osnovni problemi te osnovna podjela metoda koje se koriste za vršenje takvih mjerenja. Opisane su opće jednadžbe, prikazane osnovne tablice i norme koje je potrebno zadovoljiti kako bi se uspješno izvršilo mjerenje.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, it was necessary to describe the principles of high voltage measurement. Basic problems are defined and the basic division of methods used to perform such measurements is defined. General equations are described, basic tables and norms that need to be met in order to perform the measurement successfully are presented.
