Abstract
Tema ovog rada je projektirati pokretni elevator, na kotačima, za potrebu vertikalnog transporta drvenih trupaca. Istraženo je trenutno stanje transportera industrije preradbe drva te je dana klasifikacija zadanog transportera. U radu je detaljno opisan razvoj konstrukcije pokretnog elevatora te je izrađen proračun elevatora i proračun čvrstoće odabranih dijelova konstrukcije. Također su navedeni proračuni izrađeni unutar programa Excel. Dano je rješenje simulacije načina upravljanja elevatorom u LabVIEW programskom okruženju. Odgovarajući 3D modeli i nacrti izrađeni su u Autodesk Inventor programskom okruženju.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is to design a mobile elevator, on wheels, for the need of vertical transport of wooden logs. The research of current condition of the conveyors in the wood processing industry and the classification of the assigned conveyor is performed. In this paper procedure of calculation of the elevator and the calculation of the strength of selected parts of structure is described in detail. Same calculations are crated within Excel. Solution of the simulation of elevator control is provided within LabVIEW programming environment. The suitable 3D models of the parts of elevator and technical drawings are created in the Autodesk Inventor programming environment.
