Abstract
U ovom radu provedena je numerička analiza nadzvučnog ejektora u sustavima hlađenja i sustavima s parnom turbinom u programima CFX i Fluent. Točnost dobivenih rezultata potvrđena je usporedbom s rezultatima iz literature. Proučavao se utjecaj geometrije, radnih uvjeta i vrsta fluida na stupanj upijanja ejektora (eng. entrainment ratio). Povećanjem NXPa raste koeficijent ER do maksimalne vrijednosti nakon čega ER ostaje nepromijenjen. Smanjenjem originalne duljine grla L smanjuje se koeficijent ER. Postoji kritična vrijednost duljine L ispod koje ER naglo pada. Rezultati ER za vrijednosti primarnog tlaka ispod optimalnog nisu potvrđeni dok oni iznad su potvrđeni sa greškom ispod 1%. Porastom primarne temperature ER raste. Dobiveni trend ponašanja Mach brzina i statičkog tlaka je vrlo blizak onom iz znanstvenog rada.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, a numerical analysis of a supersonic ejector in cooling systems and steam turbine systems is performed in CFX and Fluent. The accuracy of the obtained results was confirmed by comparison with the results from the literature. The influence of geometry, operating conditions and type of fluid on the ER coefficient was studied. As the NXP increases, the ER coefficient increases to the maximum value after which the ER remains unchanged. Reducing the original throat length L reduces the coefficient ER. There is a critical value of length L below which ER sharply drops. ER for primary pressure values below optimal are not confirmed while those above are confirmed with an error below 1%. As the primary temperature rises, the ER rises. The obtained trend of Mach velocity and static pressure behavior is very close to that of the scientific article.
