The topic of this paper is recirculating drying process with air. Firstlly, basic information on humid air is presented, as well as basic states of humid air. In addition, changes in the state of humid air are described. The following chapter describes the process with recirculating drying process with air and its most common applications. Through thermodynamic calculation, the basic parameters in the drying process were changed and their influence on the process was analyzed. In the first part of the calculation, the external state of the air is changed and the impact on energy consumption and the ratio of circulating and total air is observed. In the second part of the calculation state of the outside air is fixed, the ratios of circulating and total air and the total amount of moisture that needs to be extracted from the goods are changed and their effects on energy consumption and total mass air flow in the process are observed. The paper provides a better insight into the impact of each of the parameters on the process control and draws conclusions with the aim of achieving the highest quality process of recirculating drying process with air.
