Abstract
Ovim radom obuhvaćeno je konstruiranje dvolamelne tarne spojke za pogon teškog teretnog vozila. Funkcija spojke je prenošenje snage i okretnog momenta sa pogonskog vratila na pogonjeno. Pritiskom papučice kvačila pomiče se potisni ležaj koji pritišće tanjurastu oprugu. Pritiskanjem na tanjurastu oprugu smanjuje se aksijalna sila koja drži lamele i tarne ploče u kontaktu. One se posljedično odvajaju, čime se prekida prijenos okretnog momenta. Spojka nam služi za pokretanje vozila sa mjesta te bez nje to ne bi bilo moguće. Prema zadanim karakteristikama za motor MAN D38 bilo je potrebno konstruirati i proračunati ključne elemente spojke. Pojedini elementi su odabrani kataloški prema standardima. Izrađena je sva tehnička dokumentacija u programu Inventor prema pravilima struke.
Abstract (english)
This work includes the construction of a two-plate friction clutch for the propulsion of a heavy vehicle. The function of the clutch is to transfer power and torque from the drive shaft to the driven shaft. Pressing the clutch pedal moves the thrust bearing, which presses the disc spring. Pressing the disc spring reduces the axial force that keeps the friction plates in contact. Therefore, they become separated, which interrupts the transmission of the torque. The clutch is used to initiate the moving, which would not be possible without it. According to the given characteristics for the MAN D38 engine, it was necessary to construct and calculate the key elements of the clutch. Individual elements were selected from a catalogue according to the standards. All technical documentation in the Inventor program has been prepared according to the rules of the profession.
