Abstract
Difuzor je sastavni dio reaktivne vodne turbine koji služi za smanjenje gubitaka i uštedu energije. U ovom završnom radu govori se o funkcijama difuzora i načinu na koji dolazi do uštede energije. Napravljena je i objašnjena podjela vrsta gubitaka u difuzoru. Navedene su najčešće vrste difuzora te njihove prednosti i nedostaci. Za dvije najbitnije vrste difuzora, ravni konični difuzor i difuzor s koljenom, opisani su glavni parametri i način konstrukcije difuzora. Opisane su neke modifikacije difuzora s koljenom koje postoje. Prikazana je zadana geometrija difuzora izrađena u programu CATIA. Opisan je način na koji je izrađena uz kratak opis programa. Izrađena geometrija je iskorištena za izradu simulacije strujanja fluida kroz difuzor u programu Ansys Fluent. Objašnjen je postupak na koji je simulacija izrađena (geometrija, numerička mreža, pokretanje simulacije). Rezultati simulacije su prikazani grafički, objašnjeni su i povezani sa prethodno izloženom teorijom.
Abstract (english)
Draft tube is the reaction turbine component which is used for losses reduction and energy saving. Draft tube functions are presented, and the way the energy is saved is explained. Types of draft tube hydraulic losses are explained. Most common types of draft tube are presented with their advantages and disadvantages. The main parameters and the hydraulic design are described for the two most important types of draft tube, straight conical draft tube and elbow draft tube. Some elbow draft tube modifications are mentioned. The given draft tube geometry, which was made in CATIA, is displayed. The program and the steps for making the geometry are described. The draft tube geometry is then used to make flow simulation in the Ansys Fluent. The steps for making flow simulation, including geometry, mesh and starting Fluent simulation, are explained. The results of the simulation are presented visually, commented, and associated with previously mentioned theory.
