Abstract
Ovim završnim radom obradit ćemo temu vezanu za upravljanje i optimiranje zaliha koja čini dio planiranja i upravljanja proizvodnjom. Prvi dio rada obuhvatit će teorijski dio koji se odnosi na utjecaj zaliha u proizvodnji i njihovo optimiranje. To će nam poslužiti kao uvod u logistički dio završnog rada koji obuhvaća opis signalne MIN-MAX metode, te rješavanje zadatka tom metodom i grafički prikaz kretanja zaliha. Cilj ovog rada je upoznati se s mogućim problemima koji se pojavljuju u radu sa zalihama. Upoznavanjem s mogućim problemima smanjujemo rizik poslovanja, povećavamo efikasnost i ono najbitnije, optimatiziramo troškove.
Abstract (english)
With this final work, we will process a topic related to the management and optimization of stocks that form part of the planning and production management. The first part will cover the theoretical part which relates to the impact of inventory in production and their optimization. This part of the final work will serve as a prelude to the second, logistic part of the final work. Second part will include a description of the signal MIN-MAX method, and solving tasks that method and graphical presentation of stock. The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the possible problems that arise in dealing with stocks. By getting to know the possible problems we reduce business risk, increase efficiency, and most importantly, in this way we optimize costs.
