Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je ponovna uspostava sustava nakon gubitka stabilnosti. U uvodnom dijelu rada opisan je elektroenergetski sustav i njegova sigurnost. Zatim je obrađena stabilnost sustava kao i njena podjela na naponsku i kutnu stabilnost. Obrada teme započinje poglavljima gubitak stabilnosti i pogonska stanja sustava. Pogonska stanja sustava su nabrojana i definirana, a ona su: normalno, prijelazno, poremećeno, kritično pogonsko stanje i oporavak. U poglavlju teorijskih osnova ponovne uspostave sustava nabrojani su elementi i karakteristike koje EES mora imati kako bi se izvršila ponovna uspostava sustava. Dio toga su strategije ponovne uspostave sustava: bottom-up i top-down koje su detaljno objašnjene. Navedeni su i primjeri iz EES Hrvatske (PrP Rijeka i PrP Zagreb). U praktičnom dijelu diplomskog rada odrađene su simulacije ponovne uspostave u programskoj aplikaciji DigSILENT.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is the re-establishment of the system after the loss of stability. The introductory part of the paper describes the power system and its safety. Then the stability of the system is processed as well as its division into voltage and angular stability. Topic processing begins with the chapters loss of stability and operating states of the system. The operating states of the system are enumerated and defined, and they are: normal, transient, disturbed, critical operating state and recovery. The chapter on the theoretical basis of reestablishing the system lists the elements and characteristics that the power system must have in order to re-establish the system. Part of this is the system re-establishment strategies: bottomup and top-down, which are explained in detail. Examples from the Croatian Power System (PrP Rijeka and PrP Zagreb) are also given. In the practical part of the thesis, re-establishment simulations were performed in the DigSILENT software application.
