Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obrađen je pojam kvalitete električne energije, definirani su svi parametri koji se proučavaju u svrhu određivanja i analize kvalitete električne energije i čimbenici koji utječu na smanjenje i povećanje iste. Kroz nekoliko sljedećih poglavlja opisan je postupak mjerenja i monitoringa te uređaji i čitav instrumentarij koji je neophodan za provođenje nadzora. Opisane su nacionalne i međunarodne norme te standardi koji se koriste u sustavu nadzora kvalitete električne energije. Poglavlja 5. i 6. odnose se konkretno na sustave za nadzor i mjerenje kvalitete koji su se primjenjivali kroz povijest i danas sve do suvremenih tehničkih rješenja budućnosti. Ovaj rad kao cjelinu objedinjuje posljednji dio gdje je izrađen model jednog industrijskog SN postrojenja na kojemu je bilo moguće izvršiti analizu utjecaja pasivnih filtera na kvalitetu električne energije, i to pregledom harmoničkih oscilacija napona i struja u slučaju s dodanim filterom i bez istoga.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis deals with the concept of electricity quality, it defines all the parameters that are studied for the purpose of determining and analyzing the quality of electricity and the factors that affect the reduction and increase of quality. The following few chapters describe the measurement and monitoring process, devices and all instruments necessary to carry out the supervision. National and international norms and standards used in the electricity quality control system are also described here. Chapters 5 and 6 refer specifically to quality control and measurement systems that have been applied through the history and today all the way to modern technical solutions of the future. This thesis is completed in the last chapter where a model of an industrial MV plant was made. This model allows as to analyze the impact of passive filters on electricity quality by reviewing the harmonic oscillations of voltage and current in the case with added filter and without it.
