Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je izrada geometrije spirale vodne turbine. U radu se navode osnovne funkcije turbina , način funkcioniranja modernih turbina, te proračuni konstrukcije spirale. Drugo poglavlje je posvećeno vrstama vodnih turbina koje se koriste u praksi, te su za iste navedeni načini rada i osnovne karakteristike. Posebno poglavlje posvećeno je spirali vodne turbine koja je predmet izrade 3D modela i simulacije. U radu je prikazana 2D dokumentacija na temelje koje se napravio 3D model vodne turbine u programskom alatu Catia, te rješenja numeričke simulacije u programskom alatu Ansys koja nam je dala detaljniji prikaz tlakova i brzina, zbog toga nisu potrebna dodatna modelska testiranja, te na temelju dobivenih podataka mogu se vidjeti zone koje je potrebno detaljnije obraditi ili popraviti.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper is the creation of the geometry of the water turbine spiral. The paper states the basic functions of turbines, the way of functioning of modern turbines, and the calculation of the construction of the spiral. The second chapter is dedicated to the types of water turbines used in practice, and basic characteristics. A special chapter is dedicated to the spiral of the water turbine, which is the subject of 3D modeling and simulation. The paper presents 2D documentation on the foundations of a 3D model of a water turbine in the software Catia, and numerical simulation solutions in the software tool Ansys that gave us a more detailed view of pressure and speed, so no additional model testing is needed, and based on the data that can be seen in zones which need to be processed or repaired in more detail.
