Abstract
U ovom radu prikazano je konstrukcijsko rješenje dvostupanjskog planetnog prijenosnika propulzije broda s plinskom turbinom. U početnom dijelu rada teoretski je opisan način rada te prednosti i nedostaci planetarnih reduktora koji imaju značajnu ulogu u samome procesu konstrukcije. Napravljen je proračun svih komponenti sustava kao i njihova provjera. Nakon proračuna napravljen je 3D model u programskom paketu „Inventor“ kao i sklopni nacrt sustava te radionički nacrti pojedinih komponenti u programskom paketu „AutoCAD“. Cilj ovog rada bio je konstrukcija cjelokupnog sustava za zadane ulazne podatke te zahtjeve kojima on treba udovoljiti.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the construction solution of a two - stage planetary transmission used in a ship with gas turbine propulsion. The initial part of the paper theoretically describes the mode of operation and the advantages and disadvantages of planetary gearboxes that play a significant role in the construction process. A calculation of all system components was made as well as their verification. After the calculation, a 3D model was made in software called “Inventor”, as well as an assembly plan of the system and workshop drawings of individual components made in software called “AutoCAD”. The aim of this paper was to construct the entire system based on the given input data and the requirements that it needs to meet.
