Abstract
Diplomski radom je obrađena tema ,,Analiza korozijskog ponašanja niskolegiranog čelika“. U teoretskom dijelu diplomskog rada su objašnjeni oblici korozije kao i metode zaštite od korozije. Potom su u radu objašnjeni oblici korozije kao i metode zaštite od korozije za niskolegirane čelike iz razloga što se u eksperimentalnom dijelu upravo niskolegirani čelik podvrgava elektrokemijskom ispitivanju brzine korozije. Eksperimentalni dio rada se sastoji od elektrokemijskog ispitivanja brzine korozijske reakcije kod niskolegiranog čelika C15E u otopinama NaCl-a s različitim koncentracijama ( 1 %, 3,5 %, 5 % i 10 %). Cilj eksperimenta je praćenje promjene brzine korozije koja zahvaća materijal C15E u otopinama NaCl-a s različitim koncetracijama. Rezultati eksperimenta pokazuju da se najveća brzina korozijskog djelovanja postigla kada je materijal C15E podvgnut ispitivanju u 5 % - tnoj otopini NaCl-a dok je najmanja brzina korozijskog djelovanja postignuta u 1 % - tnoj otopini NaCl-a.
Abstract (english)
This masters thesis covers the topic ,, Analysis of the Corrosion Behavior of Low – Alloy Steel. In the theoretical part of the masters thesis, the forms of the corrosion are explained as well as the methods of corrosion protection. After that, thesis explains the forms of corrosion as well as the ways of protections against corrosion of low – alloy steels due to the fact that in the experimenatal part low – alloy steel was subjected to electrochemical testing of the corrosion rate. The experimental part of the thesis consists of electrochemical testing of the corrosion reaction rate of low – alloy stell C15E in NaCl solutions with different concetrations (1 %, 3,5 %, 5 %, and 10 %). The purpose of the experiment is to monitor the change in the corrosion rate that involvs C15E material in NaCl solution with different concetrations. The results of the experiment shows that the highest corrosion rate was achieved when C15E material was tested in 5 % NaCl mixture, while the lowest corrosion rate was achieved in 1 % NaCl.
