Abstract
U ovome radu konstruira se vjedreni elevator za potrebe vertikalnog transporta povrća. Opisuje se povijesni razvoj te princip rada i dijelovi vjedrenog elevatora. Na temelju odabira pet (5) vrsta povrća, provodi se proračun u kojem se definiraju kapacitet i brzina vjedrenog elevatora te način ukrcaja i iskrcaja povrća. Vrši se odabir vjedra, bubnjeva i transportne trake te se definiraju sile natezanja trake. Provodi se proračun i kontrola pogonskih dijelova stroja. Proračun je izrađen i popraćen pomoću programskog paketa „Excel“. Vrhunac rada izrada je modela vjedrenog elevatora za vertikalan transport povrća.
Abstract (english)
In this work, a bucket elevator is designed for the needs of the vertical transport of vegetables. The first chapter describes historical development, the principle of operation and the parts of the bucket elevator. Based on the selection of five (5) types of vegetables, the first part of the calculation is performing, which defines the elevator capacity, speed and the method of loading and unloading vegetables. The selection of elevator buckets, drums and belt are performing, and the tensile forces of the belt are being defined. The calculation and control of machine drive parts is carried out. Also, the calculation was created and supported using the "Excel" software package. The highlight of the work is the development of a model of a bucket elevator for vertical transport of vegetables.
