Abstract
U diplomskom radu objašnjene su osnove toplinske obrade čelika, mikrostrukture u čeliku, procesi toplinske obrade kaljenjem i cementiranjem, te načini provjere cementiranih komada. U praktičnom dijelu rada opisuje se postupak cementiranja, koji se sastoji od pougljičavanja, kaljenja i niskotemperaturnog popuštanja te se definiraju parametri toplinske obrade i opisuje se postrojenje za toplinsku obradu. Izvedeno je pokusno cementiranje strojnog dijela MK.21-DT.16 te je provedena verifikacija uspješnosti cementiranja ispitivanjem tvrdoće površine Rockwellovom i Vickersovom metodom te mikroskopskom analizom dubine pougljičenog sloja.
Abstract (english)
This master’s thesis explains the basics of heat treatment of steel, microstructures in steel, heat treatment processes like hardening and cementing and thoroughly describes methods of checking cemented pieces. The practical part of the paper describes the cementation process, which consists of carbonization, hardening and low-temperature tempering, defines the parameters of heat treatment and describes the plant and machines for heat treatment. Experimental cementation of the machine part MK.21-DT.16 is performed and the verification of the cementing success was performed by examining the surface hardness by the Rockwell and Vickers method and by microscopic analysis of the depth of the carbonized layer.
