Abstract
Kroz temu završnog rada „Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela DTJ.22-PT.83“ opisana je toplinska obrada poboljšavanja. U prvom dijelu rada općenito je opisan čelik, kao i čelik za poboljšanje koji se koristi za toplinsku obradu poboljšavanja. Nadalje su opisane mikrostrukture čelika te fazne pretvorbe čelika. U završnom teoretskom dijelu opisane su metode ispitivanja tvrdoće te metode za određivanje parametara austenitizacije čelika. Praktičnim dijelom izračunati su svi parametri toplinske obrade strojnog dijela DTJ.22-PT.83 koji su primijenjeni za formiranje potpunog postupka poboljšanja koji je korišten za strojni dio.
Abstract (english)
Through the topic of this undergraduate thesis "Heat treating process of workpiece DTJ.22-PT.83", the heat treatment process technique of quenching and tempering is described. In the first part steel is explained in general, as well as the improvement steel that is used for this kind of heat treatment. Furthermore, microstructures of steel and phase transformations of steel are described. In the end of theoretical part, hardness testing methods and methods for determining steel austenitization parameters are described. In the practical part, all parameters of the heat treatment of the workpiece DTJ.22-PT.83 were calculated, which were applied to form a complete quenching and tempering process that was applied to the workpiece
