Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu izrađen je program koji upravlja radom kotla za pelete. Opisan je cijeli proces grijanja kotla na pelete, njegove komponente i njegove faze rada. Također je detaljno razrađen i opisan kod u TIA Portal programu koji je strukturiran na način da uspješno upravlja sustavom. Napravljena je vizualizacija u HMI sučelju, u kojoj je na jednostavan način korisniku omogućen detaljan uvid u stanje procesa koji se odvija u postrojenju. Rad kotla je automatiziran na način da je program podijeljen na faze rada zagrijavanja kotla te na dio koji je zadužen za pravilnu distribuciju vode u sistemu. Korisnik daje komandu za željenom temperaturom na termostatu, a danji rad sustava je upravljan automatski. Također je napravljena optimizacija rada kotla na način da se uštedi na gorivu kada je to moguće.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, a program which controls the operation of the pellet boiler was created. The thesis describes the entire process of heating a pellet boiler, its components and its stages of operation. The code in the TIA Portal program, which is structured in such a way as to successfully manage the system, is also elaborated and described in detail. A visualization was created in the HMI interface, in which the user is given a detailed insight into the state of the process taking place in the plant in a simple way. The operation of the boiler is automated in such a way that the program is divided into phases of operation of heating the boiler and a part responsible for the proper distribution of water in the system. The user gives the command for the desired temperature on the thermostat, and the daily operation of the system is controlled automatically. Boiler operation was also optimized in order to save on fuel when possible.
