Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je optimiranje zaliha pri proizvodnji skupine dijelova motora. Prema godišnjem planu plasmana gotovih dijelova izvršit će se analiza kombiniranom MIN-MAX metodom optimiranja zaliha. U teorijskom dijelu prije analize, objasnit će se što su zalihe, kako se dijele, koji su troškovi, kakva je politika držanja zaliha i koje su metode planiranja i kontrole zaliha. Spomenut će se utjecajni faktori na upravljanje zaliha, dobavni lanac, nepredvidljivost zaliha, efekt biča i nakon... More što je to sve definirano i opisano, provest će se praktični dio analize i optimiranja zaliha. Glavni ciljevi kod proizvodnje su optimizirati proizvodni proces, smanjiti troškove i potrebno vrijeme isporuke, ali najvažnije je imati kvalitetan proizvod. Less
Abstract (english)
The theme of this final work is to optimize stocks in the production of engine parts. According to the annual plan of placement for finished parts, an analysis will be performed in stock optimization by a combinated MIN-MAX method. In the theoretical part before the analysis, we will explain what stocks are, how are they grouped, which are the costs of having them, politics of having stocks and the methods for planning and controling stocks. More stock management, supply chain management, unpredictable demand, bullwhip effect and when it is all defined and described, the practical part of the analysis will be carried out.
