Abstract
Ovaj je rad pisan kako bi poslužio kao baza budućim generacijama Formula Student članova koji se upuštaju u izradu kompozitnog ovjesa koristeći cijevi od karbonskih vlakana lijepljenim sa aluminijskim čahurama. U radu su pokrivene osnovne informacije o korištenju karbonskih cijevi, lijepilima i načinima lijepljenja, kao i pripremi komponenata za lijepljenje i naposljetku sami rezultati destruktivnog testiranja na kidalici. Najbolji je rezultat dobiven korištenjem lijepila Araldite 4858, sa zazorom 0,125 mm i duljinom lijepljenog spoja 32,6 mm, za spajanje epruveta je odabrano injektiranje lijepila. Dobiven rezultat iznosi 36843N a postignut je prije samog popuštanja lijepljenog spoja.
Abstract (english)
This paper was written to serve as a base for future generations of the Formula Student project who are getting involved with the construction of a composite suspension using carbon fiber tubes glued with aluminum inserts. The paper covers the basic information on the use of carbon fiber tubes, on adhesives and gluing methods, surface preparation of bonding components, and, ultimately, information on the results of destructive testing results performed on a universal testing machine. The Araldite 4858 adhesive with 0.125mm clearance and 32.6mm bonding length gave the best results. The components were glued together by employing the injection method, which resulted in the test sample's bonded joint withstanding 36843 N of tensile force before breaking.
