Abstract
U ovom radu proveden je proračun i dizajn raketnih motora, s naglaskom na sustave propulzije koji smanjuju troškove proizvodnje dijelova, a zadržavaju visoke performanse za amatersku upotrebu ili lansiranje korisnog tereta do značajnih visina. Korišten je sustav koncentričnih samotlačivih spremnika i dizajn konične mlaznice bez hlađenja komore izgaranja, s procijenjenim potiskom od 6000 njutna. Python programom simulirano je pražnjenje spremnika, ključno za modeliranje izgaranja i procjenu... More potiska. Na temelju proračuna dobivena je geometrija motora, a CFD simulacija toka fluida provedena je korištenjem programa OpenFOAM i rješavača sonicFoam. Simulacija je pokazala da postoji minimalno odstupanje između idealnih i simuliranih brzina (0.008%), ali i da dolazi do odvajanja fluida od zidova mlaznice na grlu, stvarajući recirkulacijske zone i neravnomjerni tlak u divergentnom dijelu. Abstract (english)
This study involves the calculation and design of rocket engines, focusing on propulsion systems that reduce production costs while maintaining high performance for amateur use or launching payloads to significant altitudes. A system of concentric self-pressurizing tanks and a conical nozzle design without combustion chamber cooling was used, with an estimated thrust of 6000 newtons. A Python program simulated the tank discharge, which is crucial for modeling combustion and estimating... More thrust. Based on the calculations, the rocket engine's geometry was determined, and a CFD simulation of the fluid flow was conducted using OpenFOAM and the sonicFoam solver. The simulation indicated minimal deviation between ideal and simulated velocities (0.008%), but also revealed fluid separation from the nozzle walls at the throat, creating recirculation zones and uneven pressure in the divergent section.
