Abstract
Završni rad se bavi razvojem i evolucijom ERP sustava, te njihovom ulogom u kontekstu Industrije 4.0. U njemu se analizira povijesni razvoj ERP sustava, počevši od ranih sustava za planiranje materijalnih potreba do suvremenih ERP sustava koji integriraju različite poslovne procese u jednu cjelinu. Također se obrađuju najbitnije tehnologije Industrije 4.0 poput Interneta stvari, analitike velike podataka, kibernetsko-fizičkih sustava, 3D printera, rada u oblaku i pametnih tvornica. U središtu rada je analiza međudjelovanja između ERP sustava i tehnologija Industrije 4.0, s fokusom na to kako ERP sustavi podržavaju digitalizaciju i automatizaciju proizvodnih procesa i optimiziraju poslovanje. Zaključno se opisuje budućnost ERP sustava u kontekstu Industrije 4.0, naglašavajući potrebu za njihovom evolucijom kako bi se uspješno integrirali s novim tehnologijama i odgovorili na izazove modernog poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the development and evolution of ERP systems, and their role in the context of Industry 4.0. It analyzes the historical development of ERP systems, starting from early systems for planning material needs to modern ERP systems that integrate different business processes into one whole. The most important technologies of Industry 4.0 such as the Internet of Things, Big Data analytics, Cyber-Physical systems, 3D printers, Cloud computing and Smart factories are also covered. The main part of the work is the analysis of the interaction between ERP systems and Industry 4.0 technologies, with a focus on how ERP systems support the digitization and automation of production processes and optimize operations. In conclusion, the future of ERP systems in the context of Industry 4.0 is described, emphasizing the need for their evolution in order to successfully integrate with new technologies and respond to the challenges of modern business.
