Abstract
Tema završnog rada je termodinamički proračun parnoturbinskog postrojenja. Radi poboljšanja iskoristivosti primjenjeno je međupregrijavanje te regenerativno zagrijavanje napojne vode. U uvodnom dijelu rada govori se općenito o parnoturbinskim postrojenjima i o principu rada samog postrojenja, glavnim dijelovima kao što su kondenzator, generator pare, rashladni tornjevi i ejektori. Pozornost je skrenuta i na goriva koja se koriste kod postrojenja, a posebice na ugljen kao gorivo. Termodinamički proračun obuhvaća izračun stanja fluida u karakterističnim točkama, izradu toplinskih bilanca zagrijača vode (visokotlačnog i niskotlačnog) i otplinjivača, izračun snage turbinete računanje pojedinih iskoristivosti, količine pare i potrošnje goriva. Tehnička dokumentacija sadrži shemu postrojenja te idejni nacrt samog postrojenja.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is an thermodynamic accounting of the parameters of a steam turbine facility. Reheating and regenerative heating were applied to the boiler feedwater for the purpose of enhancing efficiency. The introduction contains a discussion about steam turbine plants and about the principle based on which they work, including their main components, their condensers, steam generators, cooling towers and ejectors, paying particular attention to the fuel used therein, especially focusing on coal. The accounting includes the calculation of the state of a fluid at certain specific points, the formulation of heat balance sheets of the water heaters (both high and low pressure ones), the heat exchanger, and the calculation of the power of the turbine, as well as the various efficiency measurements, the amounts of steam and fuel expenditure. The technical specifications contain a turbine plant schematic as well as a preliminary plant diagram.
