Abstract
U ovom radu proučava se područje sjedinjenih komunikacija na temelju Elastix UC rješenja otvorenog koda. Implementira se testno okružje, te se snimaju i raščlanjuju mrežni paketi u svrhu dubinske analize SIP protokola i SDP tijela poruka. Detaljno se analizira korištenje SIP poruka prilikom registracije klijentskih uređaja, te ostvarivanja i prekidanja glasovnih poziva. Implementira se kvaliteta usluge, te se ista testira i analizira u domeni VoIP poziva. Raspravlja se o proširenjima sustava sjedinjenih komunikacija, uz SIP trunking, PBX u oblaku, IMS i VoLTE. Na kraju se uspoređuje komercijalna i otvorena rješenja za sjedinjene komunikacije, na temelju potencijalne primjene u tvrtkama.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, we delve into the Unified Communications area starting with the implementation of Elastix UC open source solution. We create a test environment, then capture and disassemble network packets for an in-depth analysis of SIP and SDP protocol messaging. We analyze SIP client registration as well as SIP messaging flow during call establishment and ending. We implement Quality of Service in order to test and analyze its influence on audio calls. As UC systems can be extended with additional functionality, we investigate SIP trunking, cloud PBX, IMS and VoLTE. Lastly, we compare commercial UC systems with open source systems currently available to businesses.
