Abstract
U diplomskom radu istražene su razne topologije FSPM motora, bezležajnog motora s rotorom u obliku diska, s kombiniranim ili integriranim sustavom namota zavojnica što znači da jedna faza generira i aktivne sile i moment. Zbog kombiniranog sustava namota, postojeći prototip bezležajnog motora moguće je ostvariti s manjim brojem statorskih i rotorskih zubi što ima prednosti u smanjenju cijene. Preko simulacija ispitane su razne topologije i određen je optimalni broj segmenata statora i polova rotora. Simulacije su odrađene u programu ANSYS Maxwell. Također, preko simulacija, i uz odredene uvjete, odabrana topologija bezležajnog motora je geometrijski optimizirana za što bolje rezultate pasivne krutosti te aktivnih sila i momenta. Prikazan je princip upravljanja bezležajnog motora. Nastavak projekta je u izradi prototipa na temelju rezultata simulacija.
Abstract (english)
In this Master Thesis dierent FSPM topologies have been investigated, bearingless ux-switching slice motor with combined winding set which means that every phase generates both forces and torque. Because of combined winding set it is possible to reconstruct existing prototype of bearingless motor with less stator segments and rotor teeth which take advantages in cost reduction. Dierent topologies have been simulated and optimal numbers of stator segments and rotor poles have been specied. Simulations have been done in ANSYS Maxwell. Over simulations, with dened conditions, specied topology of FSPM was geometricaly optimized for better passive stiness and active force and torque simulation results. Basics in control of FSPM and control sheme has been presented. Based on the results of Master Thesis next step would be making of new prototype.
