Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je simulacija kočenja pomoću sparenog termodinamičkog modela rješavanog eksplicitnom metodom u programu SIMULIA Abaqus a koeficijent konvekcije dobiven je u programu Ansys Fluent numeričkom analizom strujanja fluida. Ovaj rad jedinstven je po tome što sadrži i termodinamičku i mehaničku analizu pomoću metode konačnih elemenata te obuhvaća i dinamiku kao i kinematiku i vibracije tokom kočenja. Navedene analize su pojedinačno već korištene u dosadašnjim znanstvenim istraživanjima, međutim nisu povezane u jedan sveobuhvatni model. Ovdje su dobiveni rezultati pomaka i temperaturnih polja koji ovise jedni o drugima kao i rezultati vlastitih vrijednosti na koje sada utječe temperatura i dinamika. Razmatrana je i krutost kontakta s obzirom na već postojeće rezultate.
Abstract (english)
In this paper is described fully coupled thermal-stress analysis by the explicit method in the SIMULIA Abaqus and the convection coefficient is obtained in the Ansys Fluent numerical analysis of fluid flow. This work is unique because it also contains thermodynamic and mechanical analysis using the finite element method and includes dynamics as well as kinematics and vibration during braking. These analysies have been used individually in previous scientific research, but are not linked to a comprehensive model. Here, the results of displacement and temperature fields depend on each other as well as the results of eigenvalues, which are now influenced by temperature and dynamics. The stiffness of the contact is also considered considering the already existing results.
