Abstract
Diplomski rad se bavi eksperimentalnom analizom pneumatskog cilindra u svrhu primjene kod proteze stopala. U radu su opisane različite konstrukcije izvedbe proteze stopala a detaljnije one s pneumatskim sustavom. Proveden je proračun pneumatskog sustava proteze stopala, te su odabrani glavni radni parametri. Provedena su i eksperimentalna ispitivanja kompresije i ekspanzije zraka u svrhu dobivanja odnosa između teorijskih i stvarnih vrijednosti parametara rada pneumatskog cilindra, odnosno faktora iskoristivosti pneumatskog cilindra h C. Na osnovu provedenih eksperimentalnih analiza i teorijskog razmatranja izrađen je prototip proteze za stopalo sa pneumatskim cilindrom
Abstract (english)
The thesis deals with the experimental analysis of the pneumatic cylinder and its application in the foot prostheses. Various constructions of foot prostheses are described and more detailed those where pneumatic cylinders are used. The calculation of the pneumatic system of foot prosthesis was performed and the main working parameters were selected. Conducted experimental tests are compression and expansion of air in order to obtain the relationship between the theoretical and actual values of work parameters of pneumatic cylinder, and the utilization factor of the pneumatic cylinder hC. Based on the conducted experimental analysis and theoretical considerations, it was made prototype of the final structure of foot prosthesis.
