Abstract
U radu je istražena i konstruirana nova vrsta motora sa magnetskim ležajevima u strukturi statora. Nedavno patentirani motor se temelji na eng. “flux switching permanent magnet” (FSPM) topologiji i tehnologiji bezležajnih motora sa rotorom u obliku diska (eng. “bearingless slice drives”). Motor je specifican jer ne sadrži magnete u strukturi statora. To je prednost u odnosu na druge topologije zbog rastućih cijena permanentnih magneta. Ispitane su karakteristike motora i definiran je optimalni broj statorskih i rotorskih zubi. Analitičkim pristupom je pronađženo najbolje povezivanje statorskih namotaja za glatku distribuciju sile i momenta. Optimizacija je provedena u 3D simulacijskom programu ANSYS Maxwell temeljenom na metodi konačnih elemenata. Time je poboljšana karakteristika motora i dobivene su konacne dimenzije za izradu prototipa. Izabrani model je ispitan za linearnost i superpoziciju pri stvaranju sile i momenta. Definirani su svi električni i mehanički dijelovi motora i mehanički su dijelovi konstruirani u programu za dizajn potpomognut računalom ProE. Predložena je i napravljena struktura upravljanja u programu Simulink za implementaciju u digitalni signalni procesor. Nastavak ovog projekta je izrada prototipa za usporedbu simuliranih i mjerenih podataka.
Abstract (english)
A novel bearingless (self-bearing) motor has been investigated and designed. The patented bearingless motor type has no permanent magnets in the rotor. The motor is based on the Flux-switching permanent magnet synchronous drive (FSPM) and the bearingless segment slice motors. The characteristics of the motor were analyzed and the optimal rotor/stator teeth number was defined. With an analytical approach in coil combining an adequate torque and force distribution was achieved. An optimization of motor design has been carried out to enhance the motor characteristics. This was achieved with the 3D FE simulation tool ANSYS Maxwell. The optimized motor design was tested for linearity and superposition of force and torque creation. Thereafter the drive setup was defined and all motor parts were constructed in a CAD program (ProE). The control of the system was proposed and it’s achieved by a DSP from TI embedded in the power electronics.
