Abstract
U radu je istražena troškovno optimalna razina energetske obnove postojeće obiteljske kuće. U tu svrhu izračunata je ukupna trenutna potrošnja toplinske enegije za grijanje i pripremu potrošne tople vode u objektu. Izračunati su troškovi rekonstrukcije dijelova vanjske ovojnice kuće i zamjene postojećeg sustava grijanja i pripreme PTV-a i utvrđena je ukupna potrošnja energije nakon obnove. Rezultati proračuna pokazali su da je najpovoljnije rješenje postavljanje toplinske izolacije od stiropora debljine 10 cm na vanjske zidove kuće, te na strop negrijanog podruma. Osim toga, obnova uključuje zamjenu postojećeg kotla na drva novim kotlom smanjenoga toplinskog učina, pri čemu energent ostaje isti. Proračun je pokazao da bi se time godišnji troškovi grijanja smanjili za 3725 kn, te da bi se investicija isplatila za 10 godina.
Abstract (english)
The paper explores the cost optimal energy renovation level of the existing family house. For this purpose, the total current consumption of heat energy for heating and preparation of hot water in the facility has been calculated. Costs for the reconstruction of the outer shell of the house and the replacement of the existing heating and preparation system of hot water have been calculated and the total energy consumption has been determined after the renovation. The results of the calculation showed that the most favorable solution is the installation of 10 cm thick styrofoam insulation on the outer walls of the house and on the ceiling of an unheated basement. In addition, renovation involves replacement of an existing boiler with a new boiler with reduced heat output, whereby the energy source remains the same. The budget has shown that the annual heating costs will be reduced by HRK 3725, and that the investment will be paid in 10 years.
