Abstract
Diplomskim radom objašnjen je cjelokupni postupak konstruiranja mobilnog pločastog-člankastog transportera za prijevoz ručne prtljage putnika. Na samom početku je objašnjena konstrukcija i vrste takvih transportera, njihova područja primjene i analiza već postojećih rješenja pločasto-člankastih transportera. Zatim je detaljno objašnjen proračun svih pojedinih dijelova transportera i konstruiranje nestandardnih dijelova. Korištenjem programskog paketa za modeliranje i simulaciju dobiven je konačni model konstruiranog transportera te je također izvedena FEM analiza kojom je zaključeno da opisana konstrukcija može izdržati sva predviđena maksimalna opterećenja.
Abstract (english)
This graduation thesis thoroughly explains the process of designing mobile apron conveyor used for transport of hand luggage. The beginning explains the type of construction that these transporters use and in which applications are they used. Furthermore is given a detailed calculation of every important part in transporter and design of non standard parts. With the usage of software for modeling and simulation, final model of transporter has been created and additionally FEM („Finite Element Method“) analysis has been applied to test if the designed transporter can withstand all expected strains.
