Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obradit će se tema optimiranje zaliha pri proizvodnji skupine dijelova motora. Izvršiti će se analiza optimiranja zaliha kombiniranom MIN-MAX metodom gdje će se proračun izvršiti za minimalne, nazivne i maksimalne količine koje su definirane godišnjim planom plasmana. Prije same analize kao uvod u praktični dio rada obraditi će se teorijski dio logistike, modeli upravljanja zalihama, utjecajni faktori na učinkovito optimiranje zaliha. U ovom radu ćemo se više orijentirati na procjenu potražnje te kakav utjecaj ona ima na upravljanje zalihama i samu efikasnost poslovanja. Strategija planiranja proizvodnje za cilj ima optimizirati troškove, ispuniti očekivanja kupaca za kvalitetom i vremenom isporuke proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
In this final the work process will be the theme of the inventory optimization in the production of engine parts groups. To perform the analysis of the optimization of stock combo MIN-MAX method where it will execute the budget for the minimum, nominal and maximum quantities that are defined with the yearly plan placements. Before the actual analysis as an introduction to the practical part of the work process will be a theoretical part of logistics, inventory management models, the influence factors to the efficient optimization of inventory. In this paper, we will do more to orient on the assessment of the demand and what kind of impact it has on the inventory management and the efficiency of the business. Production planning strategy aims to optimize costs, meet the expectations of customers for the quality and time of delivery of the product.
