Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je primjena i princip rada ureĎaja za mjerenje protoka u otvorenom kanalu te je takoĎer objašnjena i teorija na kojoj se zasniva strujanje u otvorenom kanalu. Isto tako, provedeno je i mjerenje protoka u otvorenom kanalu pomoću preljeva te turbinskim protokomjerom, pri čemu su podaci dobiveni trubinskim protokomjerom korišteni kao referentne informacije, kako bi se odredila točnost i preciznost mjerenja pomoću preljeva. Za izvoĎenje ispitivanja bilo je potrebno instalirati laboratorijsku opremu: crpku te ureĎaj za mjerenje protoka. U radu je opisaana sva laboratorijska oprema i sve njene specifikacije i karakteristike. Nakon izvedenih mjerenja i statističke obrade dobivenih podataka, numerički je analiziran cjelokupni laboratorijski postav s privodnim cijevima, pumpama itd.. Sustav je numerički analiziran upotrebom softvera AFT Fathom. Nakon obavljenih analiza, u zaključku je naveden najprecizniji profil za mjerenje protoka u otvorenom kanalu pomoću preljeva.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the application and operation principle of open channel flow measurement devices, as well as the theory on which open channel flow is based. Also, turbine flow measurement and open channel flow measurement using weirs was performed, where the turbine flow meter measurements were used as reference information, to determine the accuracy and precision of measurements performend with weirs. To perform the test, it was necessary to install the lab equipment: the pump and the flow measuring devices. All laboratory equipment and all its features and specifications are described in the paper. After performing all measurements and statistical processing of the obtained data, numerical analyzation was performed on the whole labaratory setup with pipes, pumps, etc. The system was numerically analyzed using the AFT Fathom software. After analysis, the most precise weir cross-section for open channel flow measurement was defined in the conclusion.
