Abstract
Tema ovog rada je odabrati turbopuhalo za povećanje snage automobilskog Otto motora sa slobodnim usisom. Potrebno je izvršiti analizu sustava prednabijanja bez hladnjaka zraka i s hladnjakom zraka koji je hlaĎen strujom okolnog zraka. U novije vrijeme automobilska industrija teži smanjenju emisija i potrošnje goriva, a da se uz to snaga i zakretni moment povećaju bez promjena radnog obujma i brzine vrtnje. Jedan od najboljih načina za postizanje svega navedenog je prednabijanje zraka primjenom... More turbopuhala. U radu je objašnjen princip rada četverotaktnog Otto motora te njegovi osnovni elementi. Nakon toga opisan je postupak prednabijanja i različite izvedbe prednabijanja zraka. Za izradu simulacije motora korišten program Lotus Engine Simulation. Rezultati simulacije prikazani su u dijagramima gdje se jasno vidi povećanje performansi motora primjenom turbopuhala u usporedbi s motorom sa slobodnim usisom. Less
Abstract (english)
This work's topic is to choose turbocharger to increase the power of naturally aspirated spark ignition engine. It is necessary to perform the analyses of turbocharging system without intercooler and with intercooler which is cooled by the surrounding airflow. Car industry has recently been trying to decrease the engine emissions and fuel consumption, and at the same time to increase the power and torque without changing the engine displacement and rotational speed. Turbocharging and its different layouts have been presented afterwards. Lotus Engine Simulation programme has been used for the simulation of the engine.
