Abstract
Zadatak rada sastojao se od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu prikazan je povijest NC i CNC strojeva kao i opis rada CNC stroja te vrste upravljanja istoga. Također dane su prednosti i nedostatci CNC strojeva u odnosu na NC strojeve. Kod dijela vezanog za postupke strojne obrade opisane su moguće podjele glodanja i bušenja. Na kraju teorijskog dijela izvršena je podjela obradnih centra. U praktičnom dijelu početak se sastojao od modeliranja 3D modela u programu Mastercam. Nakon definiranja 3D modela započeli smo s definiranjem pojedinih zahvata i parametara obrade potrebnih za izradu. Nakon definiranja svih zahvata izvršena je simulacija obrade, te nakon simulacije izvršavamo postprocesiranje čime smo dobili NC program za datu upravljačku jedinicu obradnog centra.
Abstract (english)
The task consisted of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part shows the history of NC and CNC machines as well as the description of the CNC machine operation and its type of control. Also the advantages and disadvantages of CNC machines were compared relative to NC machines. In the part related to the machining operations, possible divisions of milling and drilling are described. At the end of the theoretical part, the classification of machining centers was performed. In the practical part, the beginning consisted of modeling 3D models in Mastercam. After defining the 3D model, we started with the definition of individual operations and the processing parameters required for the production. After defining all the operations, a simulation of the processing has been performed, and after that we performing a postprocessing by which we obtain the NC program for the given control unit of the machining center.
