Abstract
Metoda za mjerenje temperature ima napretek, u ovome radu podrobnije je opisana većina tih metoda, od upotrebe najjednostavnijih živinih termometara sve do upotrebe onih najsloženijih senzora kao što su pirometri. Za svaku od metoda navedene su prednosti i nedostatci te područje primjene. Posebna pozornost posvećena je mjerenju temperature termoparovima. Termoparovi imaju najširi temperaturni raspon od svih temperaturnih senzora te zato i imaju široku primjenu. Uz to su vrlo jednostavni, jeftini, otporni na vanjske utjecaje i brzo reagiraju na promjene temperature. Relativno su malih dimenzija što je s jedne strane prednost, a s druge nedostatak jer su nestabilni u odnosu na otporničke termometre i imaju kraći radni vijek. Uz opis njihove građe i principa rada, prikazan je i detaljan postupak njihovog umjeravanja uz upotrebu programa LABView.
Abstract (english)
There is an abundance of methods for measuring temperature, most of which are thouroughly described in this paper, from the use of the simplest mercury thermometers to that of the most complex sensors such as pyrometers. For each method there are defined advantages and disadvantages as well as their field of application. Particular attention was paid to temperature measurement using thermocouples. Thermocouples have the widest temperature range of all temperature sensor technologies. Furthermore, they are very simple, cheap, resistant to external influences and they have a quick- response to temperature changes. The relatively small dimensions are on the one hand an advantage but also a shortfall because they are less stable compared to RTDs and have a shorter operating life. Along with the description od their structure and working principle, a detailed procedure for their calibration using the LABView program is also presented.
