Abstract
U ovom završnom radu govori se o strukturi elektroenergetskog sustava, zahtjevima za voĎenje istoga i pogonskim stanjima elektroenergetskog sustava. Nadalje, opisana je regulacija sustava i njezina podjela na primarnu, sekundarnu i tercijarnu, te je opisana ovisnost frekvencije o djelatnoj snazi i ravnoteţi izmeĎu proizvodnje i potrošnje električne energije. Zatim, ovaj završni rad obuhvaća opis podfrekvencijskog rasterećenja i način na koji je potrebno postaviti postavke podfrekvencijskih releja za što bolje djelovanje, ali i način sprječavanja mogućnosti neispravnog i pogrešnog djelovanja releja. Na kraju ovoga završnog rada stoji opis postupka ponovne uspostave elektroenergetskog sustava nakon raspada sustava, odnosno povrata sustava u normalno pogonsko stanje.
Abstract (english)
This final paper deals with the structure of the power system, the requirements for running it and the operating states of a power system. Furthermore, the regulation of the system and its division into primary, secondary and tertiary is described as well as the dependence of frequency on active power and balance between generation and consumption of electricity. In addition, this final paper includes a description of the underfrequency load shedding and the way in which underfrequency relay settings should be set to achieve best performance but also the way to prevent the possibility of false and wrong relay activity. At the end of this final paper there is a description of the process of re-establishing the power system after the system has been disintegrated, in other words returning the system to normal operating state.
