This thesis describes the methodology of designing electrical installations of residential buildings on the example of a house (with two floors and one pool) with the accompanying technical descriptions and calculations and by using modern tools for electro-projecting. The first part of this thesis describes the besic project types, the clerefication of basic concepts and definitions in electrical engineering projects, the laws and norms that are to be followed during the designing proces, and the projecting proces order is defined. In the second part, electrical equipement analysis are performed (electrical devices per floor, consumption and lighting calculations), the dimensioning of supply lines and house lines, and the calculation of the voltage drop are performed. In the third part, the calculation of the grounding, the equpotential bodning, and the execution of the lightning rod installations are carried out. In the latter part, dimensioning of the protective equipment of the switchbords and the calculations of the protective equipment for the safe shutdown of the power supply during a failure is carried out and the cost calculation of the built-in equipment is performed. For crating drawings and diagrams, AutoCAD is used, and for data processing and technical calculations, MS Excel, ReluxCAD and IEC Risk Assessment Calculator are used.
