Abstract
Zgrada gotovo nulte potrošnje energije opisuje zgradu sa vrlo visokom energetskom učinkovitosti koja se određuje temeljem stvarne ili izračunate godišnje količine energije koja je potrebna da bi se zadovoljile različite potrebe za grijanje, hlađenje, pripremu potrošnje tople vode, ventilaciju i rasvjetu. Ta gotovo nulta količina energije trebala bi se u značajnijoj mjeri pokrivati energijom iz obnovljivih izvora, uključujući energiju iz obnovljivih izvora koja se proizvodi u krugu zgrade. U ovome je radu izvršen proračun takvog objekta uzimajući u obzir njegov položaj, orijentaciju i elemente vanjske ovojnice. Osim proračuna godišnje potrošnje energije, izvršen je odabir svih elemenata termotehničkog sustava sa dizalicom topline za grijanje i hlađenje objekta, pripremu potrošne tople vode i proizvodnje električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora putem fotonaponskih ćelija.
Abstract (english)
Nearly zero energy building describes a building with a very high energy efficiency that is determined on the basis of actual or calculated annual energy needed to meet the different heating, cooling, hot water consumption, ventilation and lighting needs. This almost zero amount of energy should be substantially covered by energy from renewable sources, including energy from renewable sources produced in the building's circle. In this paper, a calculation of such object has been made taking into account objects location, orientation and outer shell construction elements. In addition to the annual energy consumption quantity, the selection of all heating and cooling system including heat pump of the of the facility, the preparation of hot water and the production of electricity from renewable sources via photovoltaic cells.
