Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je utvrditi postoji li mogućnost poboljšanja rada parno proizvodnog postrojenja zamjenom primarnog energenta. Provedenim termodinamičkim proračunom ispostavilo se da postoji veliki prostor za uštedu financijskih sredstava zamjenom primarnog energenta sa loživog ulja ekstra lakog na prirodni plin. Usporedbom dva alternativna energenta, biomasa i prirodni plin, prirodni plin se kao vrlo isplativa dugoročna opcija. Uz sve prednosti prirodnog plina treba napomenuti još i relativno kratko vrijeme povrata investicije od 4 godine, zbog porasta potreba za parom. Analizom režima rada kotlova ovisno o potrebnim količinama za parom, dobiveni su optimalni uvjeti pogona.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to determine whether there is a possibility to improve the work of the steam generating plant by replacing the primary energy source. The realized thermodynamic calculation has shown that there is a large room for saving financial resources by replacing the primary energy source from light fuel oil to natural gas. By comparing two alternative energy sources, biomass and natural gas, natural gas has shown as viable long-term option. In addition to all the benefits of natural gas, the retur period of the investment is quite short, approximately 4 years due to the increased demand for steam. By analyzing the boiler producition parameters in connection with the required amount of steam, optimum operating conditions have been obtained.
