Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je toplinska obrada strojnog dijela IP.18-DT.03. Na samom početku rada opisan je pojam toplinske obrade, dijagram stanja te utjecaj određenih kemijskih elemenata na njegov izgled, mikrostruktura čelika, te TTT dijagrami. U srednjem dijelu opisan je postupak toplinske obrade poboljšavanja, te ispitivanje tvrdoće i žilavosti. Na kraju rada kroz praktični primjer opisana je toplinska obrada poboljšavanja na epruvetama te ispitivanje čvrstoće kako bi zadovoljio zahtjeve konstruktora vezane za strojni dio IP.18DT.03.
Abstract (english)
Main topic of this graduate thesis is The heat treatment process of the machine part IP.18-DT.03. On the begining of the thesis is described the term of heat treatment, phase diagram and the influence of certain chemical elements on the appearance of the state diagram and TTT diagrams. The core of the thesis is the heat treatment quenching and tempering. In the final part the heat treatment is described throught a practical example of tube improvement and tensile testing to meet engineer requirements related to machine part IP.18DT.03.
