Abstract
Kogenercijsko postrojenje je energetsko postrojenje u kojemu se istovremeno proizvodi električna i toplinska energija. U njima se otpadna toplinska energija iz procesa proizvodnje električne energije koristi u potrošačima toplinske energije, poput procesnih postrojenja ili za grijanje objekata ili za toplu vodu. Prednosti kogeneracije nad klasičnim termoelektranama, poput veće iskoristivosti goriva, fleksibilnosti i smanjenog zagađenja čine kogeneraciju jako perspektivnom. U prvom dijelu rada je opisan rad kogeneracije, dijelovi koji čine kogeneracijsko postrojenje te podjele kogeneracija. Iznesene su prednosti i nedostaci kogeneracijskih postrojenja. Zatim se pristupilo opisu promatranog kogeneracijskog postrojenja, računanju toplinskih bilanci i proračunu pogonskog režima rada. Kako bi bolje analizirali kogeneracijsko postrojenje, rađeni su proračuni za razne moguće režime rada postrojenja kako bi uvidjeli kako se mijenja učinkovitost postrojenja u različitim režimima rada te kako bi mogli utjecati na poboljšanje učinkovitosti.
Abstract (english)
Cogeneration plant is a power station in which electricity and heat energy are generated simultaneously. In cogeneration plants the wasted heat that is produced in the generation of electricity is used in chemical plants or for district heating. The advantage of CHP over classic thermal plants are better fuel efficiency, operational flexibility and reduced environmental pollution make the extremely perspective. In the first part of this thesis I described the operation of CHP, what its main parts are and the classification of CHP. The main advantages and disadvantages of CHP are then listed. Then we proceeded to describe the operation of the cogeneration plant, calculated its heat balance transfers and made the calculations of a working regime. To do a better analysis of CHP, we made calculations of variable working regimes of the CHP plant so we could assess how the efficiency of a CHP plant changes with different variables and so that we can adjust those variables for better efficiency.
