Abstract
Toplinskom obradom nazivamo postupke djelovanja temperature na materijal u svrhu mijenjanja njegove mikrostrukture, a samim time i njegovih svojstava. Posebna pozornost u ovom radu stavljena je na postupak toplinske obrade cementiranjem prilikom koje se materijal prvo pougljičava, zatim kali, a nakon toga niskotemperaturno popušta. Čelici pogodni za cementiranje sadrže maksimalno 0,25 % ugljika, pa im se iz tog razloga površinski sloj mora obogatiti ugljikom. Kaljenjem se dobivaju zahtjevana svojstva poput otpornosti na trošenje, otpornosti na udarna opterećenja i veća izdržljivost. Tvrdoća postupka ispituje se različitim metodama od kojih najveću primjenu imaju Vickersova i Knoopova. Po završetku postupka cementiranja tvrdoća materijal može iznositi od 60 do 64 HRC. Čelike za cementiranje pronalazimo kod izrade vratila, osovina, zupčanika i drugih strojnih dijelova kod kojih su potrebna navedena svojsta.
Abstract (english)
Heat treatment is a process of temperature action on a material for the purpose of changing its microstructure and therefore its properties. Special attention has been putted on cementing process where material is first carburized, then tempered to reach the heardness and after that follows a low temperature realase. Steels suitable for cementing process contain up to 0,25 % of carbon and therefore surfuce has to be enriched with carbon. By tempering process desired properties such as wear resistance and shock loads are achived. Hardness can be tested by various methods, but in practice mostly used methods are Vickers and Knoop. After cementing, results on hardness are between 60 and 64 HRC. Cementing steels are use din manufacturers for shafts, gears and similar machine parts were mentioned properties are needed.
