Abstract
U ovom radu dan je kratak uvod o zupčastim prijenosnicima, odnosno reduktorima, pri čemu se daje osvrt o kućištima reduktora na kojima je ovaj rad i baziran. Nakon uvoda slijedi analiza i ispravak grešaka na postojećim nacrtima kućišta dvostupanjskog reduktora prema pravilima za tehničko dokumentiranje i ispravno konstruiranje. Budući da su ispravljene sve vidljive greške uslijedila je izrada računalnog 3D modela kućišta, prilikom koje su pronađene dodatne greške koje nisu vidljive na nacrtima, te su također dokumentirane. Iz gotovog modela se izvuku ispravljeni nacrti, a model se dodatno pripremi za 3D ispis, s time da je prije pripreme modela nešto u kratko rečeno o tehnologiji 3D ispisivanja. Na kraju se pripremljeni model ispiše pomoću 3D pisača, a rezultat ispisa se dokumentira pripadajućim slikama.
Abstract (english)
This paper starts with a brief introduction to gearboxes, respectively reducers, in which the main overview is based on gearbox housings. After the introduction, the errors on the existing drawings of the two-stage gearbox housing were analysed and corrected following the rules for technical documentation and correct designing. Since all the visible errors were corrected, a digital 3D model of the housing was created, where additional errors, which were not visible on the drawings, were also documented. From the finished model, the corrected drawings are taken out, and the model is further prepared for 3D printing, but before the preparation of the model something short is said about 3D printing technology. Finally, the prepared model is printed using a 3D printer, and the print result is documented with the associated pictures.
