If there are any damages, great financial damage, but also the possibility of endangering human lives, will arise. For every successful business, small production costs are essential and for that preventive action is crucial. That is why the money spent on testing and tracking the pipeline status will eventually be worthwhile. The most prevalent tube test is ultrasonic testing. The ultrasound test method is a non-destructive method that takes a very short amount of time and is relatively easy to perform. For testing itself not only the device is necessary, but a preventive person who has is proficient with an ultrasonic tester. With the necessary training, the person conducting the test must have basic knowledge of physics. The measurement takes only a few minutes and therefore the measurement process is simple and fast. The measurement result is the pipe condition. Further solutions to prevent the problem are taken on the basis of measurement results. The conclusion is that the method of ultrasound testing, although very simple, has a major role in the testing of pipeline systems, but also in technology in general.
