Abstract
Postoje različite vrste toplinskih obrada čelika kojima je cilj poboljšavanje svojstava materijala, kao npr. povećanje žilavosti, duktilnosti, tvrdoće, smanjenje unutarnjih naprezanja i dr. Kako bi se mijenjala svojstva, potrebno je mijenjati mikrostrukturu čelika, a to se postiže različitim parametrima zagrijavanja, progrijavanja i hlađenja. U ovom radu praktični dio zadatka jest povećati tvrdoću strojnom dijelu RM.18-PT.85 koji je izrađen iz materijala C45E (Č.1531) i to toplinskom obradom kaljenja, a zatim smanjiti zaostala naprezanja u materijalu niskotemperaturnim popuštanjem. Kaljenje se vrši iznad temperature austenitizacije nakon čega se gasi u ulju. Na strojni dio postavljen je zahtjev tvrdoće koji mora biti u rasponu 550 +5 HRC. Tvrdoća se prije toplinskih obrada mjeri Rockwellovom HRB metodom te ona iznosi 88 HRB. Nakon istih ponavlja se mjerenje Rockwellovom HRC metodom. Dobivena tvrdoća strojnog dijela iznosi 57 HRC pa stoga krajnji rezultat zadovoljava traženi zahtjev.
Abstract (english)
There are different types of heat treatments of steel with the aim of improving material properties such as increased toughness, ductility, hardness, reduction of internal stress etc. In order to change the properties, it is necessary to change the microstructure of the steel, which is achieved by different heating and cooling parameters. In this paper, the practical part of the task is to increase the hardness of the machining part RM.18PT.85 which is made from material C45E (Č.1531) by heat treatment of hardening and after that reduce the residual internal stresses by low temperature tempering. During the hardening treatment the machine part is heating above the austenitization temperature and then the part is quenching in the oil. The machine part has a hardness requirement that must be in the range of 550 +5 HRC. Hardness before these heat treatments is measured by the Rockwell HRB method and it amounts 88 HRB. After heat treatments, measuring the hardness is repeated by the Rockwell HRC method. The resulting hardness of the machine part is 57 HRC so the end result meets the required demand.
