Abstract
U ovom radu govori se o hidrauličnim ručnim automobilskim dizalicama dok je detaljnije obrađena hidraulična cilindrična dizalica. Napravljen je pregled stanja tehnike te objašnjen način funkcioniranja svake vrste dizalica, uključujući i mehaničke i pneumatske dizalice. Također, ovaj rad sadržava i proračun osnovnih dijelova hidraulične cilindrične dizalice bez kojih ne bi bilo moguće napraviti 3D model. Nakon proračuna dizalica je modelirana u programskom paketu Catia V5 te su iz 3D modela sklopa i 3D modela dijelova dizalice napravljeni sklopni nacrt i radionički nacrti dijelova koji su zatim detaljnije oblikovani u programu AutoCAD 2014. Postupak modeliranja je obrađen i u teoretskom dijelu rada.
Abstract (english)
This work is about hand hydraulic car jacks while hydraulic bottle car jack is further elaborated. An overview of technical state and working principle of each type of jacks is made, including mechanical and pneumatic jacks. Also, this work contains design calculations of the main parts of hydraulic bottle jack without which there would be impossible to make 3D model. After design calculations the jack was modeled in program Catia V5 and drawings were made from the 3D model of assembly and parts of the jack and they were processed in program AutoCAD 2014 in detail. Modelling procedure is also included in theoretical part of the work.
