Abstract
U svrhu izrade ovog diplomskog rada opisane su topološke strukture i tehničke karakteristike elemenata srednjenaponskih distribucijskih mreža. Prikazane su zakonske regulative i načela motivacije za povećanje pouzdanosti distribucijskog sustava u Republici Hrvatskoj i Republici Češkoj. Diplomski rad opisuje mjere za povećanje pouzdanosti napajanja srednjenaponske distribucijske mreže s naglaskom na metodu primjene indeksa kvara i indeksa obnovljivosti. Primjenom navedenih mjera, operator distribucijskog sustava djeluje na pokazatelje pouzdanosti napajanja SAIDI i SAIFI. Provedene analize temelje se na stvarnim podacima distribucijske mreže operatora distribucijskog sustava PREdistribuce a.s u Pragu.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis describes the topological structures and technical characteristics of the elements of the medium voltage (MV) distribution networks. Statutory regulations and motivation principles for increasing reliability of the distribution system in the Republic of Croatia and the Czech Republic are presented. Measures to increase the reliability of power supply to the MV distribution network, with the emphasis on using the Fault index and the Renewability index, are described. By applying these measures, the distribution system operator influences reliability indicators SAIDI and SAIFI. The analyzes are based on the real data of the distribution network of the distribution system operator PREdistribuce a.s. in Pragu.
