Abstract
Mastercam nudi jednostavnost korištenja, brži rad kao i visoku produktivnost. Zbog njegovih brojnih prednosti, osmišljen je ovaj rad kao svojevrsni priručnik operateru Mastercam sustava. Teorijski dio rada sadrži pregled osnovnih karakteristika i podjelu CNC alatnih strojeva, kao i njihov povijesni razvoj i način funkcioniranja. Praktični dio se sastoji od crtanja 3D modela obratka, te definiranja parametara obrade u programu Mastercam. Za obradu je uzet jednostavniji komad zbog boljeg prezentiranja rada u Mastercamu i zbog obrade na četveroosnom stroju Kitamura. Uz pomoć postprocesora generiran je NC program za upravljačku jedinicu Arumatic- Mi.
Abstract (english)
Mastercam is simple, fast nad highly productive system. Because of the numerous advantages of it, this work was created as a manual for operator of Mastercam system. The theoretical part contains the main characteristics and classification of the CNC machine, history of the CNC machine and the description of the way CNC machine works. The practical part contains drawing 3D model of workpiece and defining processing parameters in Mastercam. For processing is taken simple piece for better presentation in Mastercam and because of the machining on a 4-axis milling machine Kitamura. Using postprocessor NC program was generated for control unit Arumatic- Mi.
