Abstract
Kompletan rad temeljen je na unapređenju Otto benzinskog motora. Unapređenje jest u smislu podizanja snage motora bez fizičke modifikacije samog motora već se dodatna snaga postiţe dodavanjem turbopuhala i sustava hlađenja zraka kako bi se postigla ţeljena snaga motora. Proračuni su provedeni u računalnoj aplikaciji Lotus Engine Simulator koja omogućuje simuliranje rada motora nakon što izmodeliramo ţeljeni motor i unesemo ulazne parametre, pri čemu ovaj program omogućuje vrlo precizno... More simuliranje rada motora, a rezultati dobiveni iz tih simulacija vrlo su opseţni. U prvom dijelu diplomskog rada objašnjeni su pojmovi i veličine prilikom proračuna i projektiranja odabranog sustava prednabijanja. U nastavku su konkretno izrađeni traţeni zadaci sa kompletnim toplinskim proračunima, proračunima u Lotus Engine simulator software-u te nacrti i prikazi smještaja sustava prednabijanja koji su izrađeni u komercijalnim software-ima za tehničko crtanje i 3D CAD dizajn. Abstract (english)
This work describes upgrading of an existing spark ignition engine. Upgrade means achieving more power without physical modification of the engine by using turbocharger with air cooling system for getting more power. The project analysis of engine is created in Lotus Engine Simulator software which give us results after we build up virtual engine and set up all input parameters. After debugging, the simulation is ready for run and obtained results contain detailed data of overall... More engine performance and thermodynamic and mechanical characteristics of its main parts. First part of this work describes main terms and properties used for evaluating and projecting turbocharged system. In the following part there are all calculation results with complete evaluations which has been done in commercial computer software-s. There are also drawings and 3D models about positioning of turbocharged system which are also made in commercial computer software-s for designing and 3D CAD modeling. Less
