Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazana je podjela transportera, zatim su opisani pločastočlankasti transporteri te posebno transporteri ručne prtljage. Modeliranje, proračun i konstrukcija dijelova rađeni su istovremeno kako bi se moglo utjecati na promjene oblika ili dimenzija ako su to konstrukcijski zahtjevi tražili. Dimenzije transportera su bile zadane u zadatku, a zahtjeve je bilo potrebno procijeniti iz stvarnih slučajeva i iz literature. Zahtjevi su navedeni u radu, a proračun i konstrukcija... More izvedeni su za slučaj potpuno opterećenog transportera, najvećeg broja ručne prtljage te najveće težine svakog komada prtljage. Nosiva konstrukcija transportera uvelike je izvedena sa standardnim čeličnim profilima, uzdužno je povezana vodilicama transportera te spajana vijcima. Kao prijenosni elementi korišteni su lanci za transportere s izduženim pinovima koje zahvaćaju ploču i potežu je na ravnom djelu transportera. Kako bi se rasporedilo opterećenje, istovremeno su u zahvatu najmanje 6 ploča. Lanci su spojeni na standardne lančanike koji su postavljeni simetrično u odnosu na sredinu ploče. Vratila pogonskog i gonjenog lančanika konstruirani su prema proračunu navedenom u radu i gotovo su identična, razlikuju se samo po tome što je pogonsko vratilo produženo na mjestu spajanja spojke. Nosači vratila izvedeni su kao varene konstrukcije, a dimenzionirani su prema dimenzijama kućišta ležajeva. Ploče i kotačići po kojima se ploče kreću izvedeni su od polimernih materijala, ploča od polietilena visoke gustoće (HDPE), a kotačić od akrilonitril butadien stirena (ABS). Less
Abstract (english)
In this master’s thesis, a brief overview of conveyor systems is shown as well as panel joint rails and especially hand luggage conveyor solutions i.e. baggage carousel. Modeling, calculation and construction of various parts were made simultaneously to facilitate the eventual changes in shape or dimensions to fulfill the construction requirements. Conveyor system dimensions were already given in the initial task, but the additional requirements were influenced by the real-life applications... More and from the literature. Requirements are thoroughly described in this work and on that basis, calculation and construction were made in case of fully loaded conveyor system, maximum number of hand luggage and maximum weight of each piece of luggage. Supporting structure of the conveyor system mostly consists from the standard steel beams, longitudinally connected with conveyor guide paired with screw joints. As transporting elements, conveyor chains with longer pins are used in order to hook the panel and drag it all the way on the horizontal part of the conveyor. To distribute the load, six panels are simultaneously hooked. Chains are connected with standard sprockets that are symmetrically positioned with respect to the center of the panel. Panels and wheels on which panels roll are made from polymer material. Panels are made from high density polyethylene (HDPE) and wheels from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). Less
